Laguna Beach, Calif. – (Feb. 10, 2009) – Today’s economy is prompting girls to be savvy with their spending. Unemployment rates have reached percentages not seen in decades. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the unemployment rate for people ages 16-19 and ages 20-29 is 18.9 percent and 9.8 percent respectively.
